It has two variable cable pulleys allowing for vertical positioning at any one of 15 heights. It also features a chin-up bar that is attached to the overhead cross-bar for additional exercise capabilities. The MX-360 Crossover Machine is designed for home use, to target muscle groups in the arms and has two 150 pound steel weight stacks. The frame is constructed of electrostatic powder coated rugged steel and the heavy duty thick foam pad is covered with commercial grade vinyl, customized with double stitched seams on high density foam. The aircraft quality nylon cables are tested for 2200 pounds. The weight stack is constructed from one inch thick steel weight plates fitted with long lasting nylon bushing for eliminating metal to metal friction. Sealed ball bearings and oil impregnated sintered iron bushings for added smoothness and quiet movement.
